Cambridge English Language Assessment has a webinar about the CEFR that gives an overview of the scales and explains the criteria of each level. The speakers describe what learners “can do” in terms of listening, reading, writing and speaking at the six reference levels (A1 – C2). On the other hand, the webinar also focuses on how teachers can use the CEFR scales in their daily teaching by adding familiarization activities and how they can use the scales with their students to support teaching and learning.
