Since our founding, we have been committed to opening doors for students and schools by connecting them with world‑class learning pathways. What began as a focused consultancy has grown into a trusted partner in international education.

Delivering Quality with Cambridge ELT Materials

Cambridge ELT materials are well-known for their clear structure and practical approach to language learning. 31 Boulevards has specialized in helping learning institutes and teachers in Hong Kong to integrate these materials into their classrooms effectively.

We offered not only guidance on selecting the right Cambridge ELT books for different learner needs, but also workshops on using materials to develop all language skills.

Preparing Learners for Cambridge English Language Tests

Cambridge English language tests are recognized worldwide as reliable measures of English proficiency. Preparing students for these exams requires more than just teaching grammar and vocabulary; it involves building test-taking skills and confidence.

We have guided learners and institutions in Hong Kong and Macau through Cambridge English qualifications, enabling students to earn internationally recognised credentials that support academic mobility and future career opportunities.

Supporting IB School Development

We have also worked with schools in Southern China, particularly those in Hong Kong and Macau on their journey toward becoming IB World Schools, from early planning to authorization and ongoing development.

Partnering with Summer Schools for Language Growth

Summer schools offer a unique opportunity for learners to improve their English skills in an immersive and focused environment. Over the years, we have helped students from Macau and Shenzhen access enriching summer programmes around the world, offering both academic and cultural experiences that build confidence and independence. These programmes have inspired young learners to explore new interests and broaden their horizons.

Equipping BNO children with skills and awareness needed

Co-developed an online English‑learning platform for children of BNO families preparing them for school life in the UK. It blended language development, academic readiness, cultural understanding, and emotional confidence. It was a programme that gave children the tools they need not only to communicate, but to thrive socially and academically in a new environment.
